Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on petronas888. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts with no refund of any remaining balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, whether performed by you or by any unauthorised third party who gains access. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

Petronas888 will never ask for your password via email or chat. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a petronas888 platform user, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Do not attempt to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the platform's systems in any way.
Do not use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
Do not engage in fraud of any kind, including impersonating another person or using unauthorised payment methods.
Do not abuse bonuses, promotions, or incentives in any manner that violates the stated terms and conditions.

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, with no refund of any remaining balance.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All transactions on the petronas888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We accept deposits via local payment methods including FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and supported interbank transfers.

You may only make deposits using a payment method registered in your own name. Using another person's bank account or digital wallet is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and funds being withheld.

Winnings withdrawals will be processed to a verified Malaysian bank account registered in the user's name. Processing times depend on the selected payment method and internal verification procedures. petronas888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal that exceeds a specified limit.

Any attempt to reverse a transaction (chargeback) without valid grounds will be investigated and may result in account closure as well as appropriate legal action.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Petronas888 is not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption arising from the use of this platform, including service interruptions due to system maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, or third-party internet connectivity failures.

All content on the petronas888 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of petronas888 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

This platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. petronas888 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Petronas888 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons without prior notice:

Suspected or confirmed fraud or fraudulent attempts.
Violation of any rules or terms set out in this document.
Creating multiple accounts under the same individual.
Abuse of the bonus or promotion system.
Request by a competent authority.
